Nidec Minster Kayako will no longer be accepting new tickets as of June 24, 2024. Please submit any new requests to C4 as Internal Support tickets.


Use the spreadsheet in the below location to find a Legacy Ticket Number (ticket ID from kayako classic). This spreadsheet contains all kayako classic ticket details, except the body of the ticket, and has the corresponding new Kayako Conversation ID (Case ID).

The data in this file is a snapshot of Kayako Classic as it was when it was shut down. The data in it does not get updated and is for reference only. It does not contain any tickets created in this kayako system.
